    Carefully remove the item from packaging

    Allow to come to room temperature for at least 10 minutes, Pre heat the oven to 230c/220c fan/gas 8 with a non stick baking tray inside, Brush the pastry with beaten egg yolk, Place the wellington on a piece of grease proof paper, carefully place onto the pre heated baking tray, place into the oven and cook for:

    Rare 15 minutes

    Medium 20 minutes

    Well done 25 minutes

    ( cooking times are guidelines and approximate )

    Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving

  • Storage

    Can be frozen at -18c or below

    Defrost in the refridgerator overnight, DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted

    Shelf life, Store in in the refridgerator and use within 24 hours of delivery
