Here’s a fantastic recipe I’m sharing with you, you can use sea bass, bream, salmon, cod and hake, it’s up to you, leave out the smoked haddock if you’re not a fan, just experiment

I think you’ll really enjoy this recipe, it’s a good dinner party dish, great flavours, great colours and fantastic tasting! Just delicious
