Now I know I’m known for seafood, but you can’t eat seafoods all the time! Sometimes you need CHOCOLATE! You know I’m right!

The other thing I know is that Chocolate Fondants aren’t as hard as people think to make, you just need to have patience, I don’t have any patience and I can still make them!!! So come on !! What are you waiting for?
